Community Brotherhood Organization

The Local Inter Religious Committee of Negombo and the youth group of the Action for Religious Coexistence project implemented by the National Peace Council of Sri Lanka , a program consisting of many activities such as obtaining people's opinions regarding the social role of the youth in religious coexistence, distributing handouts and drawing pictures, based on The Negombo City. This was conducted by the Community Brotherhood Organization .  

The International Women's Day program was held in Negombo under the theme Not to celebrate... Let's unite for freedom by Community Brotherhood Organization . There, the challenges and threats faced by women were discussed and the main comment was made by Social activist Wimalasena Silva. An exhibition of posters created violence against women was also held according to the issues discussed by the participating women.
