Wasantha Kumara
Is the President and a founder of the Community Brotherhood Organization. He is a trainer in peacebuilding, conflict management, leadership and personality development, youth development, child development, and Alcohol & Drug Prevention.
Fathima Carder
Is the secretary and a founder of the Community Brotherhood Organization. She is a coordinator in projects related to peacebuilding, conflict management, Inter-Religious harmony, Advocacy, Child Development, leadership skills, and personality development.
Kaush Weerakoon
Is a Community peace builder, Interfaith Dialogue practitioner in Sri Lanka. She worked at National Peace Council of Sri Lanka (NPC) as a Senior Project Officer since 2017 to 2022. She is currently the Program Lead at Center for Development Research and Interventions (CDRI). She is also a Fellow of KAICIID Fellows Program 2020. She is serving Community Brotherhood Organization as a program advisor voluntarily.
